Before founding Elevance, Tom successfully built and led Rockford IT for 17 years, growing it into a 50-person powerhouse before its successful acquisition. His hands-on experience in scaling technology businesses gives him unique insight into the challenges our clients face.
He later served as IT Director at a Top 100 UK law firm, where he spearheaded a comprehensive digital transformation program, modernising legacy systems and introducing AI-enabled productivity tools across the organisation.
At Elevance, Tom combines his entrepreneurial background with enterprise-level strategic thinking, ensuring that every solution we deliver is not just technically sound, but commercially viable and future-proof.
